The first China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Chain Expo"), hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, was held in Beijing from November 28 to December 2, 2023. Vice Governor Gu Gang led a government delegation to attend the opening ceremony of the Chain Expo and the Global Supply Chain Innovation and Development Forum. CCPIT Hainan Sub council organized an economic and trade delegation consisting of more than 300 people from parks and enterprises such as Haikou High tech Zone, Fuxing City, Ecological Software Park, Sanya Central Business District, Yangpu Development Zone, Lecheng Medical Pilot Zone, and Li'an Education Pilot Zone to participate in relevant activities.

The first "Chain Expo" was themed "Connecting the World, Creating the Future Together", with a total exhibition area of 100000 square meters. It set up five major chains and supply chain service exhibition areas: intelligent automobile chain, green agriculture chain, clean energy chain, digital technology chain, and healthy life chain. During the event, the opening ceremony, Global Supply Chain Innovation and Development Forum, and six special forums were held. More than 400 well-known Chinese and foreign enterprises, including Fortune Global 500, central enterprises, and numerous specialized, refined, and innovative enterprises, will showcase advanced technologies, products, and services at the Chain Expo, with an international exhibitor proportion of 25%. CCPIT Hainan Sub council organized Hainan Xinhe Huitong International Trade Co., Ltd. to embed the healthy life chain of the "Chain Expo" for exhibition display. President Ren Hongbin of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade personally visited the company's booth for inspection and on-site interactive exchanges.
