Chen Hongliang, the second level inspector, met with a delegation led by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Kansai, Japan

On November 13th, CCPIT Hainan Sub council Inspector Chen Hongliang met with a delegation of 7 people led by Ren Zhaojun, Executive Vice President of the Kansai Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Japan. Both sides exchanged views on the preferential policies of Hainan Free Trade Port and jointly promoted bilateral economic and trade exchanges and cooperation.
 
Chen Hongliang, the second level inspector, welcomed the visit of Executive Vice President Ren Zhaojun and his delegation, and briefly introduced the main functions of CCPIT Hainan Sub council and the overall situation of Hainan Free Trade Port construction, as well as the key activities organized by CCPIT Hainan Sub council. Wei Xingyan, from the Hainan International Economic Development Bureau, highlighted the policies of Hainan Free Trade Port in terms of "zero tariffs", duty-free processing of value-added goods for domestic sales, and "Double 15" tax incentives.

Ren Zhaojun, Executive Vice President, stated that this visit mainly established a good working relationship with CCPIT Hainan Sub council, hoping to gain a deeper understanding of the construction of preferential policies and trade and investment opportunities related to Hainan Free Trade Port through this visit. Cui Dan, Executive Director of the Kansai Chinese Chamber of Commerce, stated that this visit has yielded great results and hopes that both sides can establish long-term and friendly cooperative relations in the future, jointly promoting exchanges and cooperation between Kansai Chinese and overseas Chinese and Hainan. He also stated that he will organize a Japanese economic and trade delegation to visit Hainan next year. Both sides also had in-depth exchanges on a series of issues such as processing trade in food, textiles, cosmetics, and investment in factory construction.

On the morning of the 14th, CCPIT Hainan Sub council arranged a delegation from the Kansai China Chamber of Commerce to conduct on-site inspections and negotiations in the Haikou Comprehensive Bonded Zone. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the import and export trade of beef, the import of cosmetics and infant food, the remanufacturing of second-hand cars, and talent dispatch.

Li Pinggong and Wu Jian from the International Liaison Department, as well as Xing Gucun and Wu Qiaozhen from the Hainan International Chamber of Commerce, accompanied the meeting.
