In order to deeply implement the decisions and deployments of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, and assist Hainan enterprises in better carrying out international trade and investment cooperation through free trade agreements such as RCEP, the Hainan Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade actively takes the initiative to improve the level of service enterprises, and does a good job in organizing and promoting the effective implementation of RCEP. It helps enterprises to deeply understand the significance and main content of the agreement, fully grasp the development opportunities brought by the agreement, and promote high-level opening up, Service to build a Dual circulation. CCPIT Sichuan Council, Hainan International Chamber of Commerce, and Haikou Council for the Promotion of International Trade will hold the "RCEP Series Special Training Course" at the Yatai Hot Spring Hotel in Hainan from November 23 to 24, 2022. Fifty representatives from nearly 30 foreign trade enterprises and business associations in our province attended the training on-site.

 

This training adopts the "Enterprise Point Course Precision Training" model, combining the opinions of enterprises and the actual situation of Hainan Free Trade Port. Industry experts and scholars were invited to guide the overall situation of RCEP and the economic development opportunities and challenges of Hainan Free Trade Port, how to choose RCEP or bilateral FTA preferential policies, RCEP origin visa, commercial certification business training, and common question answers The training includes six topics: strengthening compliance construction to help cope with the risks of diversified economic and trade frictions, how to use RCEP rules in trade with Japan, and RCEP member countries' trade and investment risk warning. Experts and scholars have thoroughly interpreted the RCEP preferential policies for different topics, and combined them with the actual situation of Hainan Free Trade Port to share the advantages and disadvantages of Hainan's foreign trade. At the same time, they have put forward suggestions for the next step, especially how Hainan foreign trade enterprises can combine and utilize the RCEP preferential policies and free trade port preferential policies to expand the international market. At the same time, experts and scholars have also put forward good opinions and suggestions on how to avoid economic and trade friction risks and carry out international and compliant business operations for enterprises in the current situation, especially in areas such as export controls and intellectual property rights.
