In recent years, we have actively promoted the independent printing service of Certificate of origin, and the coverage of enterprises handling certificates has reached more than 70%. The RCEP preferential Certificate of origin applied by the enterprise to be issued to Singapore, Thailand, Japan, New Zealand and Australia has been issued electronically, and the enterprise can apply for the certificate of origin without leaving home.
Next, we will continue to carry out comprehensive training on commercial certification, strengthen one-on-one assistance and guidance for key enterprises, promote relevant FTA policies, rules of origin, and tariff reduction planning, guide enterprises on how to fully enjoy tariff reduction and overseas market access dividends brought about by free trade agreements, and improve the competitiveness of China's export products in the markets of free trade partner countries.
