From April 22 to 24, 2023, sponsored by the People's Government of Hainan Province, supported by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the China Enterprise Confederation, and co organized by the Department of Commerce of Hainan Province, the Development and Reform Commission of Hainan Province, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hainan Province, the Hainan Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the Haikou Municipal Government, the Hainan Free Trade Port Industrial Park Investment Cooperation Conference with the theme of "New Era, New Highland, New Opportunities" was held in Haikou, Hainan. The conference revolves around the high-quality development requirements of the four leading industries and 13 key parks, aiming to comprehensively introduce the latest opening-up measures, industrial policies, and business environment of Hainan to investors, especially the development positioning, preferential policies, and investment opportunities of the key industrial parks of Hainan Free Trade Port.
On April 23rd, the main event of the Hainan Free Trade Port Industrial Park Investment Cooperation Conference - Comprehensive Promotion Conference and Key Project Signing Event - was held at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. I will organize 43 well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, including Stonewood Group (China), Shenzhen Hejun Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Yewang Group Co., Ltd., and Ruixing Power (Shanghai) Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., to attend the conference.
Participating enterprises expressed that the policy advantages and continuously optimized business environment of Hainan Free Trade Port have created a good development environment and provided a broad stage for enterprise entrepreneurship. They will seize new opportunities, actively participate in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, and achieve win-win cooperation.
We also organized enterprises to participate in branch events organized by departments such as the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Jiangdong New Area, and Fuxing City, as well as industrial parks, and the participating enterprises have achieved fruitful results. Mesa Technology, general aviation, Yihao International Holdings, Muzhong Commerce (Europe) and Haikou Fuxing City Internet Information Industrial Park signed a strategic framework cooperation agreement. German companies such as Greentown Group and Ruixing Power (Shanghai) Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. have conducted project docking with parks such as Hainan High tech Zone and Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, as well as units such as the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Provincial Financial Management Bureau, covering fields such as healthcare, education, finance, processing and manufacturing.
