According to the deployment of the provincial Party Committee on carrying out the "year of capacity improvement and construction" in the whole province, and in combination with the work arrangement of the practical training of the CCPIT, the CCPIT held the training on improving the exhibition capacity of cadres in the afternoon of March 31.

The training was taught by Liang Ying, deputy director of the trade and Investment Promotion Department of Hainan Council for the promotion of international trade. Comrade Liang Ying is a temporary cadre sent by China International Exhibition Center Group Company of China Council for the promotion of international trade, with rich theoretical and practical experience and strong professional quality. Comrade Liang Ying made a detailed introduction and experience sharing from three aspects: the work flow and main work content of the exhibition organization, and how to do a good job in the project establishment and positioning of the exhibition, and the audience organization characteristics of government and market-oriented exhibitions.

This training focuses on analyzing several important links in the exhibition business, supplemented by case analysis and exchange and discussion, and deeply explains various problems that may be encountered in the process of holding the exhibition. Through training, comrades have a more comprehensive understanding of professional exhibitions and conferences.

This training is one of the important measures taken by CCPIT to carry out the "year of capacity improvement and construction" and improve the ability of CCPIT cadres to hold conferences and exhibitions. In the subsequent large-scale training activities, we will also carry out on-the-job training in combination with the actual operation of organizing conferences and exhibitions, so as to improve the ability of CCPIT cadres to hold conferences and exhibitions in an all-round way.
