Kong Fanhong, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the First Intermediate People's Court of Hainan Province, said in his speech that the First Intermediate People's Court of Hainan Province and the Mediation Center of CCPIT had made fruitful achievements in establishing and improving the joint mediation mechanism for commercial disputes, and had made positive contributions to promoting the construction of a diversified dispute resolution mechanism for Hainan Free Trade Port and creating a good legal business environment. In the future, we will carry out more in-depth and extensive cooperation with the International Trade Mediation Center in terms of work docking, personnel training, promotion of agreement jurisdiction, and strive to build Hainan into a new highland for diversified settlement of commercial disputes.
